    Inspector note: Observed water damaged ceiling tile in rear corner of dish room on main floor kitchen. (Operator stated ceiling is leaking.) Must repair ceiling to prevent water from leaking on to floor. Must replace damaged ceiling tile to prevent pest entry. Must maintain same.
