    Inspector note: Found the following potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures in the 2 door refrigerator in the kitchen: 6.5 lbs of sour cream @ 46.6 - 51.5F; 6.5lbs of milk @ 52.8F; 11 lbs of eggs @ 54.3F-54.8F; and 5lbs of cottage cheese @ 48.7F. Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection. Must keep all potentially hazardous foods @ 40F or less (and hot foods must be held @ 140F or above) at all times.
