INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR/REPLACE RUSTED SHELF TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE. OBSERVED THE SHELF IN THE REAR PREP AREA NEXT TO THE OVEN TO HAVE A TORN PROTECTICE PLASTIC LAYER ON BOTTOM SHELF. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE SHELF TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE. • OBSERVED THE GASKET TO BE TORN ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE DOOR OF THE THREE DOOR COOLER ON THE RIGHT SIDE IN THE KITCHEN. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPLACE/REPAIR THE DAMAGED GASKET.
