MANAGER STATED THAT THE DOORS WERE SELF CCLOSING AT ONE TIME. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO HAVE UNIT REPAIRED. OTHER VIOLATIONS NOTED ON INSPECTION #277784 DATED 7.28.10 WERE CORRECTED. SEE COMMENTS.
