    Inspector note: Found the cooking line exposed handsink inaccessible with a container of thawing egg product inside as well as not maintained due to no soap being available. Instructed facility that all handsinks must be accessible at all times with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Manager removed product and installed soap during inspection.
