    Inspector note: NOTED EMPLOYEES AT THE KITCHEN PREP AREA WHILE WEARING GLOVES, CLEANED AND REMOVES DIRT FROM THE 3 COMPARTMENT AND HAND WASH SINK AND DUMPED IT INTO THE TRASH CAN AND CONTINUED TO THE PREP TABLE TO PREPARE FOOD. STILL WEARING THE SAME GLOVES WASHED THEIR HANDS WITH GLOVES ON, THEN PROCEEDED TO WIPE HANDS ON THE APRON. ALL WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS PROPERLY. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHILE WEARING GLOVES, WENT TO THE WALK N COOLER AND OPENED THE COOLER DOOR WITH GLOVES ON, THEN BACK TO THE PREP TABLE AND CONTINUED PREPARING FOOD AT THE SAME TIME WIPED THEIR FACE WITH THE SAME GLOVES. ALL STILL WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS. INSTRUCTED TO ALWAYS CHANGE GLOVES AND WASH HANDS AT ALL TIMES WHEN PERFORMING MULTIPLE TASKS AND MOVING FROM ONE PREP AREA TO ANOTHER.
