    Inspector note: Found large amounts of orange slimy mold-like substance in upper interior (water reservoir and all throughout) of ice machine. Machine was turned off during inspection. Instructed to not use machine until it has substance has been removed, and it is cleaned and sanitized. Must maintain. Serious violation 7-38-005(a).
