    Inspector note: Evidence of pest activity was observed on site during inspection. Observed 10 live fruit flies by the soda lines, three live German cockroaches inside the cabinet in the front prep area under the cook line, 1 live american cockroaches by the dish wash machine, aprox 15 live baby roaches under the dipper well cabinet. Facility has Anderson Pest Control as the pest control provider and was on site during inspection. Must pests, clean, sanitize, and maintain. Serious Violation #: 7-38-020
