The following minor violations not corrected from report #160423 dated 05/07/09- #32, reach in coolers door rubber gaskets ripped,#33, observed accumilated food debris on shelves throughout prep/dishwash area, lower sides of dishmachine drain boards, reach in coolers door rubber gaskets and door hindges with accumilated food build up, #34 observed accumilated food build up on floor under prep equipment. Serious violation, citation issued Ticket #H000057362 17. All the above violations must be corrected by reinspection (02/01/10).
