    Inspector note: Observed employee washing dishes with soap detergent, then rinsing with water, then placing on drying rack/shelf without sanitizing. Instructed facility that all dishes must be washed, rinsed and sanitized properly. Facility complied during inspection by filling sanitizing compartment with water and bleach to the proper concentration. Critical violation 7-38-030.
