Inspector note: Evidence of rodent activity found in cluttered basement areas. Observed rat droppings-approximately 20 around cluttered articles stored in basement areas.must detail clean,sanitize all affected areas,remove cluttered conditions.The food establishment does have pest control logbook on premises last service date was 11/30/12.Instructed to remove all rodent activity and have licensed pest control service premises and provide logbook with all required documents include a map locator to identify the pest control services provided.
