Inspector note: Found the following potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures in the hot holding unit under the counter (next to fryers): Chicken bites @ 126.9F; Chicken patties @ 124.2F; bone in chicken wings @ 109.6F; and boneless wings @ 112.3F. Instructed all potentially hazardous foods must be held at 140F or higher, or 40F or less. Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).
