INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE THE 3-COMPARMTENT SINK TO ALLOW PROPER CLEANING AND SANITATION OF SINKS IN BETWEEN USE. • THE COLD HOLDING UNIT NEXT TO THE COOKING EQUIPMENT HAS RIPPED GASKETS ON THE INTERIOR DOORS. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE GASKETS TO PROVIDE A TIGHT FITTING SEAL AND MAINTAIN.
