    Inspector note: Found aluminum foil used as a liner on pipes under the cooking line (on the end next to 3 compartment sink). Also found tape and aluminum foil used as a means of repairs on Rice cooker. Instructed must remove all aluminum foil and tape (and make repairs to equipment if necessary). All surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Must maintain.
