    Inspector note: Observed potentially hazardous foods at improper temperatures: on a cold, not operating flattop grill found 3lbs of cooked samosas at 75.1f, above an oven on a shelf found 2lbs of cooked chicken wings at 73.2f, in a steam table that was off and cold found 5lbs of cooked chicken masala at 86.1f and 10lbs of creamy masala sauce at 90.2f.
