Inspector note: Previous serious violation from 8/11/2010, report: #361217 not corrected: #19: Outside garbage area not cleaned, rodent proofed or maintained. Found outside garbage area with boxes, trash, tires and debris on ground around both dumpsters. Also metal lids on dumpsters are bent and not tight fitting to prevent rodent and insect entry. Instructed that dumpster lids must be tight fitting to prevent pest nuisance and must keep area and ground clean and free of debris. #24: Dish washing facilities not maintained or operated. While draining the water on the left side of three compartment sink. Water back flowing to the other two compartments. Water has black gritty material coming up drain. Instructed to detail clean drain lines and/or catch basin to prevent inadequate disposal of water. Critical citation issued 7-42-090.
