OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 RAT DROPPINGS UNDERNEATH THE STAIRCASE, 10 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE UNUSED WALK-IN COOLER IN THE WAREHOUSE AREA AND 15 DROPPINGS ON TOP OF THE GREEN ELECTRICAL CABINET IN THE WAREHOUSE AREA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM THESE AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
