REMOVE RODENT DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS. RODENT PROOF THE FRONT DOOR. CLEAN ALL FLOOR DRAINS ON PREMISES. RECOMMEND PEST CONTROL SERVICE PREMISES FOR RODENT AND DRAIN FLY ACTIVITY ON OR AFTER 10/26/2011. SERIOUS 7-38-020 CITATION ISSUED.
