Must corrected the following previously issued minor violations: #33 Observed ice machine in dining room with small amount of black, slimy, mold-like substance on upper interior hose. Must remove, detail clean and sanitize machine. Must maintain same. (Ice machine now has excessive black, orange, and black mold-like substances throughout upper interior.) #42 Observed several food handlers in a prep area with uncovered foods (oatmeal, deserts, steamed milk for coffee, etc.) without proper hair restraints. Must provide hats or hair nets for food handling employees while they are in front prep area. Must maintain same. Serious violation 7-42-090.

Must provided thermometers inside all refrigeration units, placed in a conspicuous spot. Must provide food handlers with metal stem thermometers to accurately test internal food temperature. Must maintain same.
