INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN/SANITIZE & MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES. (UNIT TAGGED) All food shall be protected from contamination and the elements, and so shall all food equipment, containers, utensils, food contact surfaces and devices, and vehicles.
