Open meats stored uncovered inside of an unsanitary reach in cooler on and under dirty shelving encrusted with food buildup. Three pounds of product valued at $10.00 was volentarilly discarded at this time. Wash, rinse and sanitize the cooler and shelves fromtop to bottom.

(34) The floors throughout the kitchen are filthy. (35) The walls throughout the kitchen are dirty. Wash, rinse and sanitize the above in detail from top to bottom and maintain on a daily basis.

Wash, rinse and sanitize the dishes and utensils before closing for the evening in order to maintain a sanitary kitchen.
