  Inspector note: Observed several holes and chipped paint throughout walls in rear stockroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain at all times. Observed no inner door sweep on rear exit door, (outer door sweep is proper) on Lotus street, side of building. Instructed manager to provide door sweep to prevent pest harborage. Observed excessive dust build on Vent cover in both customer restrooms. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain at all times.
