Inspector note: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 4 FRUIT FLIES ON VARIOUS DONUTS AND CROISSANTS AND 5 FLYING AROUND THE DONUT DISPLAY CASE AND ON THE WALL BEHIND THE DISPLAY CASE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DISCARD AND DENATURE THE DONUT TRAYS AND CROISSANTS THAT HAD FRUIT FLIES ON THEM DURING THE INSPECTION. MANAGER DISCARDED APPROXIMATELY 4LBS OF DONUTS AND CROISSANTS VALUED AT $45. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE NOTED AREAS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY.
