INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DISCARD AND DENATURE THE DONUT TRAYS AND CROISSANTS THAT HAD FRUIT FLIES ON THEM DURING THE INSPECTION. MANAGER DISCARDED APPROXIMATELY 4LBS OF DONUTS AND CROISSANTS VALUED AT $45. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE NOTED AREAS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY.
