INSTRUCTED TO NOT HAVE DUMPSTER OVER FLOWING WITH GARBAGE AND KEEP LID TIGHT FITTING AT ALL TIMES. INSTRUCTED TO ALWAYS MAINTAIN DUMPSTER GROUND AND KEEP CLEAN AT ALL TIMES.
