FOUND THE CUTTING BOARD IN THE FRONT PREPARATION AREA WITH DEEP, DARK GROOVES AND STAINS. INSTRUCTED TO SAND OR REPLACE CUTTING BOARD. MUST KEEP SURFACES SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE AT ALL TIMES.
