OBSERVED EMPLOYEE SNEEZED, TOUCHED HIS NOSE/FACE ,STARTS SERVING THE CUSTOMER, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS DOING THE CASHIER, TOUCHING MONEY, STARTS SERVING THE CUSTOMER, WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS ALSO. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT EMPLOYEES MUST WASH THEIR HANDS EVERYTIME THEY SNEEZED, TOUCHED THE MONEY, TOUCHED THEIR FACE,NOSE ETC.INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO HAVE AN INSERVICE WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE PROPER WAY OF HAND WASHSING. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL 7-38-010 (A).
