Inspector note: MISSING CEILING TILES ABOVE THE TOP OF THE STAIRCASE THAT LEADS TO THE BASEMENT FROM THE ELECTRICAL PIPING THAT RUNS UP ABOVE THE CEILING TILE AND TURNS THROUGH THE CEMENT WALL WHICH HAS BEEN CUT OUT; THE WALL CUT OUT HAS NOT BEEN SEALED TIGHTLY AROUND THE PIPES THAT RUN OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. CUT OUT MUST BE SEALED TIGHTER TO PREVENT INTRUSION AND THE CEILING TILES NEED TO BE INSTALLED FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED AREA. THE DOOR THAT LEADS TO THE BASEMENT STAIR CASE IS LOCKED FROM THE SERVICE AND PREP AREAS OF ESTABLISHMENT.
