OBSERVED BOTTLES OF JUICES IN THE REFRIGERATOR THAT WERE MANUALLY CAPPED ONSITE AND BEING SOLD TO CUSTOMERS WITHOUT A IDPH OR CDPH APPROVED PLAN ON PREMISES. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT A CDPH APPROVED PLAN IS NEEDED BEFORE ANY BOTTLE CAPPING IS ALLOWED ONSITE.
