MANAGER IMMEDIATELY AND VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED 39 BOTTLES OF JUICE (16OZ)THAT WERE MANUALLY CAPPED ON PREMISE. APPROXIMATELY 624 OZ (39LBS) TOTAL COST $376.50 SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005(A).
