    Inspector note: WASTE WATER BACKING UP FROM THE FLOOR DRAIN WHEN I PULLED OUT THE DRAIN STOPPER FROM THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT SINK OF THE 3 COMPT SINK. ALSO WHEN WE RUN THE WATER FROM THE 3 COMPT SINK , IT OVER FLOWS TO THE OPEN FLOOR DRAIN IN TO THE PREP AREA. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030. MANAGER CALLED THE PLUMBER TO CLEAN THE GREASE TRAP AND THE PIPE UNDER THE 3 COMPT SINK DURING INSPECTION.BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE GREASE TRAP AND THE PIPE UNDER TE 3 COMPT SINK TO HAVE A WELL DRAINING FLOOR DRAIN.
