STORE MANAGER REPORTS THE CONTAINER CAUGHT FIRER ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND BURNED THE LIDS/COVER. CONTAINER. SHE ALSO REPORTS THE MANAGER OF THE DISPOSAL WASTE COMPANY WAS INFOMED OF THE PROBLEM. 7-38-020 SERIOUS. The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance.
