ONE DISPENSER WAS OUT OF PAPER TOWELS AND THE OTHER DISPENSER DID NOT DISPENSE TOWELS BECAUSE THE BATTERY WAS DEAD IN THE DISPENSER. MANAGER PROVIDED PAPER TOWELS AND CHANGED THE BATTERY FOR THE OTHER DISPENSER AT MY REQUEST. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS AT ALL TIMES FOR PROPER HANDWASHING.
