Must keep all potentially hazardous foods @ 40F or less, or 140F or higher at all times. Operator voluntarily discarded 15lbs of denatured foods during inspection, total at $61 is value. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE LABLES FOR ALL PREPACKAGED GOODS THAT INCLUDE: NAME OF THE ITEM; LIST OF INGREDIENTS BY WEIGHT; NAME, ADDRESS, ZIP CODE OF MANUFACTURER. #32 OBSERVED A GAP BETWEEN THE LIP OF THE SMOOTHIE AREA PREP SINK AND THE PREP SURFACE SURROUNDING IT. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE THE GAP. OBSERVED FOIL BEING USED TO LINE THE PANINI PRESS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE FOIL AND MAINTAIN ALL FOOD CONTACT AND FOOD EQUIPMENT SURFACES TO BE SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE AND DURABLE. Instructed all minor violations must be corrected by the correct by date, which was 2/21/17. Operator corrected violation during inspection. Operator discarded unlabeled prepackage grab and go items. Operator created labels for new grab and go items. Operator provided sealant to secure loose prep sink and eliminate gap. Operator removed aluminum foil from Panini press. Serious violation 7-42-090.
