    Inspector note: OBSERVED THE EXPOSED HANDSINK IN THE 1ST FLOOR PREP AREA IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED. THE HANDSINK WAS CLOGGED WITH SLOW DRAINING WATER. THE MANAGER CALLED AN EMPLOYEE TO REPAIR THE SINK. THE EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR THE CLOGGED HANDSINK, BUT DAMAGED THE DRAIN LINE BY PUTTING A HOLE IN IT SO THAT THE SINK LEAKED EXCESSIVELY ONTO THE FLOOR. MANAGEMENT CALLED A PLUMBER IN TO REPAIR THE DRAIN LINE. THE PLUMBER ARRIVED AT APPROXIMATELY 2:45PM TO REPAIR THE SINK DRAIN LINE. THE PLUMBER REPLACED THE DRAIN LINE TRAP AND THE SINK NOW DRAINS PROPERLY. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
