TWO SPRAY BOTTLES OF GREASE CUTTER AND AN OPEN AEROSOL CAN OF STAINLESS STEEL CLEANER WERE FOUND STORED NEXT TO THE DEEP DISH PIZZA PANS IN THE PIZZA PREPARATION AREA. THESE ITEMS WERE REMOVED FROM THE PREP AREA AT THIS TIME.

    Inspector note: The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Clean and reseal the service bar floor on the south end to reduce possible smallfly harborage. Repair the damaged baseboard under the service bar where it is taped together so the baseboard is smooth and sanitary.
