    Inspector note: OBSERVED DISH MACHINE ON SITE, IN USE, NOT PROVIDING PROPER SANITIZER DURING FINAL RINSE CYCLE. UPON INSPECTION, NOTED MACHINE IN USE: TURNED ON, FILLED WITH WATER AND FILLED WITH HOT AND WET DISHES IN THE WASHING CHAMBER. WHEN A NEW CYCLE WAS RUN, NOTED 0 PPM ON CHLORINE TEST STRIPS. WHEN THE SANITIZER LINE WAS PRIMED, OBSERVED NO SANITIZER MOVING THROUGH THE LINE, DESPITE ADEQUATE LIQUID IN THE BOTTLE. INSTRUCTED TO USE THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK ON SITE UNTIL THE DISH MACHINE IS REPAIRED. INSTRUCTED THAT THE CHLORINE DISH MACHINE MUST PROVIDE 50-100 PPM CHLORINE DURING THE FINAL SANITIZER CYCLE. THE DISH MACHINE WAS SERVICED DURING INSPECTION AND WAS TESTED AT 50 PPM CHLORINE. CRITICAL VIOLATION: 7-38-030
