    Inspector note: NO HOT RUNNING WATER AT SINKS DURING INSPECTION. MANAGER STATED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE INSPECTION THAT HIS WATER RESERVE STORAGE TANK BURST DURING LUNCH AND THAT PLUMBERS WERE ON SITE REPAIRING TANK. THE HOT WATER TANK WAS STILL WORKING BUT WAS DISCCONNECTED FROM THE STORAGE TANK FOR REPAIR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL OPERATION MUST CEASE UNTIL RECONNECTED AND HOT RUNNING WATER RESTORED AT ALL SINKS AND DISHMACHINE.
