    Inspector note: Food not protected during storage. Found 5lbs beef trimmings vacuum packaged in freezer (valued $30). Found vacuum packaging equipment on premises (stored and not in use) without regulatory approval. Operator discarded vacuum packaged items, and machine was tagged and held for inspection (may not be used at this time). Facility may not vacuum package until approval from Chicago Department of Public Health is provided. Serious violation 7-38-005(a).
