REPAIR OR REPLACE THE "VICTORY" 3-DOOR COOLER.

    Inspector note: The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE TILE NEXT TO THE MOP SINK IS MISSING AND GAPS WERE FOUND IN THE SOUTH END OF THE BASEBOARD ON THE COOKING LINE. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY FROM CORNER TO CORNER.
