  Inspector note: OBSERVED A WALL FAN IN THE EMPLOYEE WASHROOM BEHING HELD IN PLACE BY DUCT TAPE. INSTRUCTED TO PERMANENTLY SECURE THE VENTILATION UNIT TO THE WALL AND MAINTAIN. • THE SPLASH GUARD ATTACHED TO THE EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE BASEMENT IS CRACKED. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE SPLASH GUARD AND MAINTAIN. • THE CONDENSATION LINE HOSE FROM THE CONDENSER IN THE WALK-IN COOLER LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT TO THE FLOOR DRAIN IS NOT LONG ENOUGH. INSTRUCTED TO EXTEND THE HOSE TO REACH THE FLOOR DRAIN TO PREVENT CONDENSATION FROM POOLING ON THE FLOOR.
