    Inspector note: Found potentially hazardous food at improper temperature: cooked chicken at temp of 49.2f; pulled beef at temp of 46f to 47.7f; both products were stored inside two door cooler (unit air temp of 37.9); found a large pot of cooked rice and chicken at temp of 87.2F stored inside stove (unit was turned off), products was cooked yesterday per manager statement. Six cooked hard boiled eggs at temp of 59.1F, stored on top the prep table.Fresh eggs (7.6 dozen) were stored under the prep table at temp of 66.2F to 67.4F. A large bucket of home made yogurt was stored under the prep table at temp of 78.2F; also a container with cooked chicken was stored under the shelf uncovered on floor at temp of 67.8F. No time and temperature provided at present time for food products mentioned. Food was discarded and denatured. Pound 60,value $477. Critical violation: 7-38-005(A).
