  Inspector note: OBSERVED SLIDING DOOR OF HOT HOLDING UNIT CONTAINING FRIED AND BAKED CHICKEN IN DISREPAIR AND REPAIRED WITH DUCT TAPE. OBSERVED KNOBS OF HOT HOLDING UNIT FOR FRIED CHICKEN MISSING NEED TO BE REPLACED. ALL DUCT TAPE MUST BE REMOVED AND DOOR NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED SO THAT IT IS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. OBSERVED GASKET OF WALK IN COOLER IN SEAFOOD AREA IN DISREPAIR. REPLACE GASKET AND MAINTAIN.
