Also found rear receiving doors not roden/insect proofed, doors had gaps ranging from 1/4 inch to 1/2 gaps on bottom, sides, and top of doors at time of inspection on 4/21/2011. Citation issued #H000071332 with a court date of 5/26/2011, at 400 w superior in room #112 at 9:00am.
