ALL OTHER ITEMS MUST STORED ELEVATED AND ORGANIZED. RECOMMEND ADDITIONAL SERVICE FROM PEST CONTROL CO. LAST SERVICE DATED 4-17-12 WITH NO ACTIVITY NOTED. INSTRUCTED PEST CONTROL CO. MUST SERVICE BASEMENT OF PREMISES. DOOR TO BASEMENT IS LOCATED IN GROCERY AREA AND NOT SEALED OR RODENT PROOFED.
