INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE, DETAIL CLEAN, AND SANITIZE THE INFECTED AREAS. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 15 LIVE FRUIT FLIES IN THE BASEMENT AT TIME OF INSPECTION. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST AND RODENT ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
