Part missing and plumbing disconnected. No water to faucet. Engineering went to pick up missing plumbing part, installed said part and repaired exposed hand sink during inspection. Instructed all exposed hand sinks must be working with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels at all times. Facility must provide easily accessible sinks in all prep areas. Must maintain.
