INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT OUTSIDE DUMPSTER AREAS MUST BE CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL THE TIMES, AND LID OF THE DUMPSTER MUST BE CLOSED ALL THE TIMES. MANAGER ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE TO CLOSED THE LID AND CLEAN THE SURROUNDING AREAS DURING INSPECTION.
