    Inspector note: NO UP TO DATE PEST CONTROL RECORDS ARE ON PREMISES. NO PEST CONTROL SERVICE RECEIPTS ON PREMISES AND THE COPY OF THE STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL LICENSE EXPIRED ON 12/31/2010. OBTAIN AN UP TO DATE PEST CONTROL LOGBOOK. OVER 20 LIVE HOUSE FLIES ARE FLYING AROUND THE BAKERY. THE FLIES ARE GATHERING ON THE CONCRETE AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE AREA WHERE SPILLS AND FOOD BUILDUP HAVE COLLECTED AND FLY IN WHERE THE AIR CURTAIN ABOVE THE FRONT DOORS IS WEAKEST WHEN THE DOORS SLIDE OPEN. REMOVE EVIDENCE OF FLY ACTIVITY AND ROUTINELY CLEAN THE OUTER DOOR AREA TO REDUCE INSECT HARBORAGE.
