INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ELEVATE ALL ITEMS 6" OFF FLOOR, MUST BE ABLE TO CLEAN FLOOR UNDER AND AROUND ALL ITEMS. ALL THE ABOVE VIOLATIONS MUST BE CORRECTED BY DATE OF REINSPECTION (12/28/12).
