Instructed facility that all food must be adequately protected at all times (covered or brought out to table after seating). Correct and maintain. Observed a food dehydrator, microwave, and small portable fryer stored under a grease trap in the basement near the ice machines. Instructed facility to relocate said items so they are adequately protected from possible contamination. Serious violation 7-38-005(a).
